Professor David Last is the Immediate Past-President of the Royal Institute of Navigation. A Professor Emeritus in the University of Bangor, Wales, he works as a Consultant and Expert Witness on radio-navigation and communications systems for companies, governmental and international organisations and criminal investigators. He is an instrument-rated pilot and practising navigator.
