“Restoring and Flying the Spitfire”

To mark the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, and to celebrate Wiltshire’s contribution to Spitfire production, the Tizard lecture will be given by John Romain, Chief Test Pilot and owner of The Aircraft Restoration Company, who will deliver a talk on his experiences restoring and flying Spitfires.
John has almost 30 years of experience of display flying, with 3400 hours of flight time on 101 different types of aircraft, with 3000 of these hours being on vintage types.
