We are greatly saddened to learn that long-time Boscombe Down Branch committee member Norman Parker has passed away.
Norman made a huge impact on the branch as both a committee member and Boscombe Down Archivist for many years, and was well known and respected by so many in Amesbury, Salisbury and beyond. He also delivered several lectures and events for the Branch, the most recent being a screening and Q&A session in April 2022 for the Secret Spitfires film he starred in.
He will be greatly missed by all and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
